The aims of Luo Cultural Club are to promote political and cultural education to the youths, women and children with migration background and refugees at large as well as setting up qualification and training project. The association project also wants to further education inform of workshops,lectures and other types of events like art and promote by networking people and institutions ensure a good reception in Germany.
